Flax and Zucchini Wraps / Wraps de Lino y Calabacín

Ingredients:

  • 2 large zucchini
  • 1 1/2 cups ground flax
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. rosemary

Instructions:

Blend everything together until smooth and creamy.  Spread onto teflexx sheets and dehydrate for 4-6 hours at 110º F. They should be dry, but pliable.  Cut into desired shape and fill with whatever pleases you 🙂

Ingredientes:

  • 2 calabacines grandes
  • 1 1/2 taza lino molido
  • 2 tazas agua
  • 1 cucharadita orégano
  • 1 cucharadita sal
  • 1 cucharadita romero

Instructiones:

En una batidora, batir todo hasta que quede suave y cremoso.  Extender sobre bandejas con teflexx en la deshidratadora y deshidratar 4-6 horas a 110ºF.  Deben ser secos pero flexibles.  Rellenar con lo que te guste más 🙂
